Refund policy
1. We offer a 90 day risk-free money back guarantee on all purchased goods. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can get a refund within 90 days of making a purchase.
2. For reservations on our offshore trips:
- If the trip is cancelled by CRESLI or Viking all money will be returned.
- If the trip is cancelled by the Viking Fleet due to weather all money will be returned.
- If you cancel prior to two (2) weeks in advance of departure, your payment will be returned, minus the processing fee.
- If you cancel fewer than two (2) weeks in advance of departure, your payment will not be refundable, except in the case of extenuating circumstances.
