CRESLI volunteers are an invaluable
resource and participate in all of our activities, including marine
mammal research expeditions and cruises, data collection and public
education programs. Volunteers receive hands-on training and experience
from CRESLI's professional staff while participating in challenging and
rewarding activities.
As you know, volunteers for all CRESLI
activities must undergo training by CRESLI scientists.
The whale watch
training will take place
at the dates and times listed
below at Dowling College Center for Estuarine,
Environmental and Coastal Oceans Monitoring (C.E.E.C.O.M.)
at Blue Points. Volunteers are expected to
attend one session and will be contacted in order to
register.
