What do CRESLI seal walk volunteers do?

The seal walk volunteers are involved in a variety of tasks, including being spotters for seals, sea birds, and other forms of life along the walk.   Volunteers will also help with crowd control (although we won't have large crowds) and will help distribute materials and answer questions about CRESLI and our work.  As always, CRESLI volunteers play critical roles in our work. It's a challenge, but well worth it.

Bring binoculars, cameras and lots of warm layers - these are incredible experiences!

Training workshops for seal walk volunteers

  • Anyone wishing to volunteer for seal walks should attend one of these sessions.  Please contact CRESLI via e-mail (volunteers@cresli.org) or phone (631-244-3352)  to confirm
